Fit varies slightly by brand and by piece, so we've noted specific fit notes on each product page (relaxed, tailored, true-to-size, etc.) rather than relying on one generic chart. As a general rule:

• Tops & knitwear: if you're between sizes, size up for a relaxed fit or down for something closer to the body.
• Bottoms: true to size unless otherwise noted on the product page.
• Still unsure? Check the fit note on the product you're looking at — most listings tell you exactly how it's cut.

Delivery

Every order is dispatched by the next working day, and you'll get a tracking link by email as soon as it ships. All deliveries are fully tracked to your door.

United Kingdom

• Standard: free on orders of £50 or more, otherwise £4.99.
• Express: £6.99.

International

• Europe: £14.99.
• Rest of the world (including the US, Canada, Australia and Japan): £23.99.

The full list of countries we ship to is shown at checkout. Customs duties, import taxes and any border charges on international orders are the responsibility of the recipient.

Returns

Changed your mind?

You can cancel any order for any reason within 14 days of receiving it. Email us with your order number to let us know, then send the item back within 14 days of telling us.

• Please return items in the condition you received them, in their original packaging. You're welcome to try things on, but we may reduce your refund if an item has been worn, washed or damaged beyond what was needed to check it over.
• Return postage for change-of-mind returns is at your own cost. We recommend a tracked service, and keeping your proof of postage.
• We refund the item price plus standard delivery to your original payment method within 14 days of receiving your return, usually in 5–7 working days. If you chose Express delivery, we refund the Standard delivery rate.

Faulty, damaged or not as described?

Email us as soon as you can with your order number and a photo. You can reject a faulty item for a full refund within 30 days of delivery, and after that, within six months, you're entitled to a repair or replacement. We cover the return postage for faulty items, and your statutory rights under UK consumer law are never affected by anything on this page.

Store credit option

Prefer store credit instead of a refund? Tell us when you request your return and we'll add a 10% bonus on top of the item's value. It's entirely optional, and you can always choose a refund to your original payment method instead.
