Returns
Changed your mind?
You can cancel any order for any reason within 14 days of receiving it. Email us with your order number to let us know, then send the item back within 14 days of telling us.
- Please return items in the condition you received them, in their original packaging. You're welcome to try things on, but we may reduce your refund if an item has been worn, washed or damaged beyond what was needed to check it over.
- Return postage for change-of-mind returns is at your own cost. We recommend a tracked service, and keeping your proof of postage.
- We refund the item price plus standard delivery to your original payment method within 14 days of receiving your return, usually in 5–7 working days. If you chose Express delivery, we refund the Standard delivery rate.
Faulty, damaged or not as described?
Email us as soon as you can with your order number and a photo. You can reject a faulty item for a full refund within 30 days of delivery, and after that, within six months, you're entitled to a repair or replacement. We cover the return postage for faulty items, and your statutory rights under UK consumer law are never affected by anything on this page.
Store credit option
Prefer store credit instead of a refund? Tell us when you request your return and we'll add a 10% bonus on top of the item's value. It's entirely optional, and you can always choose a refund to your original payment method instead.
